Private lessons allow us to work with more precision to the needs of individual yoga practitioners. The Universal Principles of Alingment™ are of a great therapeutical use since they help us to get our body closer to the optimal blueprint. When this happens, there is an optimal flow of all fluids in the body as well as of prana, the vital force.
