The Universe is a Love Story

The Universe is a Love Story between Shiva, Supreme Consciousness, the fullness of potential, and Shakti, its manifesting energy. They manifest inside ourselves as purusha and prakriti, our essence and our nature; our spirituality and our materiality. Always together, never separate.  It is for that reason that our creative potential is immense. However our daily experience is an experience of duality, of spearation. Yoga brings the perspective of union and allows us to be the creators of our own Universe.

We will focus on how to create a love story with our practice and how to use the generated creative energy to materialize our dreams.

All sessions are for all levels and include modifications for beginners and for more advanced students,  

Saturday 

10.00 – 13.00 h   Urdhva Dhanurasana

Urdhva Dhanurasana is a key posture that gives strength and flexibility, increases vital energy and connects us both with  the  courage of a warrior and the surrender of a lover. It is very important to practice it with alignment. This session will be dedicated to refine this alignment and to create a love story with your practice.

15.00 – 18.00 h  Hip openers and forward bends. Pranayama. Méditation

A delicious practice to end the day. Pure nectar.

10 – 14 h  Standing postures and inversions

We will explore the basics of inversions with modifications for all levels. We will end with some restorative postures to recharge and to connect with the quality of surrender.
