I deeply love stones and crystals. This summer, going through a very critical time with a very serious injury in my leg, mostly immobilized and in the middle of an emotional storm, I gathered all my allies to get ready for the process that was ahead. No doubt some of them were stones and crystals. The were bringing the Earth medicine, so much needed in a moment of literal disconnection from my roots, with a big muscle and tendon tear in my right hamstring.<\/p>\n

When getting stones and jewelry I let my intuition guide me. Then I find information about the stones and see they match what I need. The jewelry I wear has a purpose and a meaning. I feel it like the Earth Medicine.<\/p>\n

Injuries and disease are times of processing lots of shadow material. So I thought black.\u00a0 Lava stone. I immediately felt in love with two bracelets from Mukhas: The Volcanic Lava<\/em> and the Eivissa bracelet<\/em>. Lava stone<\/strong> is fire transformed in solid ground. Just what I needed. Fire for the inner practices, so determinant in difficult moments, and grounding as the tear of my muscles was a disconnection from the Earth. Volcanic lava is also a black porous material that absorbs negative energies and helps to work with your shadow stuff.<\/p>\n

Rudraksha<\/strong> is always with me. My japa (mantra recitation) companion reminds me of the place of stillness inside. That place that we call Shiva. Myth says that rudraksha sprouted from the Earth as Shiva shed his tears for the death of her beloved Sati in the fire pyre defending his honor. Tears transform pain and frustration into surrender and surrender is the magical portal for transformation. As it is mantra. Rudraksha is the touch of mantra on my fingers.<\/p>\n

The Eivissa bracelet<\/em> inspired me for many reasons. I loved the description “for anyone going through a change of direction”.<\/em> I loved all the stones too. And Eivissa is one of my favorite places in the world.<\/p>\n

Turquoise<\/strong> is one of my favorite stones since I was a child. Protector of gypsy travelers, reminder of the Ocean. During the days at home I used to close my eyes and visualize the sea and that brought me the feeling of freedom. Obsidian<\/strong>, another black stone. One of its properties is to help taking decisions. It was time for a big one. to go through surgey or let Mother Nature find the way of healing. That took a great deal of meditation, contemplation, of feeling my body. I felt truly assisted by the energy of obsidian and lava stone.<\/p>\n

To complete the earth medicine kit, I felt instantly attracted towards the pendant angel aura.<\/em> This angel quartz<\/strong> truly lights up my mood with its rainbow reflections and brings in the angelic energies for purification and protection. And there is such a healing power in being surrounded by beautiful things<\/p>\n

The process is being strong; healing is powerful. I am grateful for the process. I am grateful for all my allies. I am grateful for the power of the stones. I am grateful for the Earth medicine that fills me with light and surrounds me with beauty. Thank you\u00a0Mukhas for the perfect balance of consciousness and beauty.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Me fascinan las piedras y los cristales. Este verano, mientras pasaba por una experiencia bastante cr\u00edtica con una lesi\u00f3n muy seria en mi pierna derecha, pr\u00e1cticamente inmobilizada y en el medio de una gran tormenta emocional, decid\u00ed reunir todos mis aliados prepar\u00e1ndome para el proceso que se avecinaba. Sin ninguna duda parte de esos aliados eran piedras y cristales, portadores de la medicina de la Tierra, tan necesaria en un momento de desconexi\u00f3n literal de mis raices, con una rotura del m\u00fasculo y el tendon en el isquiotibial.<\/p>

Cuando busco piedras, cristales y joyer\u00eda siempre dejo que me gu\u00ede mi intuici\u00f3n. Si lo necesito, luego busco informaci\u00f3n sobre las piedras y veo si se corresponden con lo que necesito. Casi todo lo que llevo encima tiene un prop\u00f3sito y un significado. Para m\u00ed es la medicina de la Tierra.<\/p>

Lesiones y enfermedades son momentos en los que se procesa cantidad de \u00a0material de la sombra. Pens\u00e9 en negro. Piedra de lava. Inmediatamente me enamor\u00e9 de dos pulseras de Mukhas que llevan esta piedra: Volcanic Lava<\/em> y Eivissa<\/em>. Lava volc\u00e1nica <\/strong>es fuego transformado en tierra s\u00f3lida. Justo lo que necesitaba. Fuego para las pr\u00e1cticas internas, \u00a0determinantes en los momentos dif\u00edciles y enraizamiento para reforzar mi conexi\u00f3n con la tierra, rota en este momento a trav\u00e9s de una pierna. Adem\u00e1s la lava es un material negro y poroso capaz de absorber las energ\u00edas negativas y de ayudarte a trabajar con tu sombra.<\/p>

La rudraksha<\/strong> siempre va conmigo. Mi compa\u00f1era diaria de japa<\/em> (recitaci\u00f3n de mantras) me recuerda el lugar de quietud en el interior que llamamos Shiva. Cuenta el mito que la rudraksha surgi\u00f3 de la Tierra cuando Shiva derramaba l\u00e1grimas por la muerte de su amada Sati en la pira funeraria para defender su honor. \u00a0Las l\u00e1grimas transforman el dolor y la frustraci\u00f3n en rendici\u00f3n, en entrega y \u00e9sta es el portal m\u00e1gico para la transformaci\u00f3n. Como lo es el mantra. La rudraksha es para m\u00ed la sensaci\u00f3n del mantra en mis dedos.<\/p>

La pulsera Eivissa bracelet<\/em> me inspir\u00f3 for muchas razones. Algo que le\u00ed en su descripci\u00f3n \"para cualquiera en un momento de cambio de direcci\u00f3n\". <\/em>La conexi\u00f3n con todas sus piedras. Que Ibiza sea uno de mis lugares favoritos en el mundo.<\/p>

La turquesa<\/strong> es una de mis piedras favoritas desde ni\u00f1a. Protectora de los viajeros, su color es un recuerdo del mar. Durante los d\u00edas en casa sol\u00eda cerrar los ojos y visualizar el Oce\u00e1no. Simplemente eso me tra\u00eda un gran sentimiento de libertad. Obsidiana<\/strong>, otra piedra negra. Entre sus propiedades est\u00e1 ayudar a tomar decisiones. Ha sido un momento de grandes decisiones. Decidir entrar al quir\u00f3fano o dejar que la madre naturaleza encontrara su proceso de sanaci\u00f3n. Necesit\u00e9 de mucha meditaci\u00f3n, contemplaci\u00f3n, sentir mi cuerpo. Y la energ\u00eda de la obsidiana y la lava sin duda me ayud\u00f3.<\/p>

Para completar el kit de medicina de la Tierra, me sent\u00ed instant\u00e1neamente atra\u00edda hacia el colgante angel aura.<\/em> Este cuarzo angel<\/strong> levanta el \u00e1nimo con sus reflejos arco iris y atrae las energ\u00edas ang\u00e9licas de purificaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n. Y es tan sanador rodearse de objetos hermosos.<\/p>

El proceso ha sido intenso; la sanaci\u00f3n poderosa. Agradecida por el proceso. Agradecida por todos mis aliados. Agradecida por el poder de las piedras. Agradecida por la medicina de la Tierra que me llena de luz y me hace estar rodeada de belleza. Gracias\u00a0Mukhas por la mezcla perfecta de conciencia y belleza.<\/p>
