A 108-hours course to deepen your asana practice and to explore Yoga Philosophy (with emphasis in the Tantric tradition), pranayama, meditation, mudra, mantra, anatomy….
Teacher Training 200 h
It consist of the Immersion plus a 92 hours course in which you will learn how to teach Anusara Yoga. You will receive a great deal of resources to create and teach effective and inspiring classes. This course is registered through the Yoga Alliance.
Advanced TT 300 h
To expand, depende and refine. This course is divided in modules that you can take at your own rhythm. Together with the TT 200 h makes for a 500 h TT. It is required to apply for the Anusara Certification
