THIS COURSE IS AN EXPLORATION OF YOGA AS A TECHNOLOGY OF TRANSFORMATION
Susana offers her wide training and experience in various alignment techniques as well as her love for Yoga Philosophy, and specially Tantric Philosophy, and her dedication to meditation and the subtle practices that allows us the exploration of our lights and shadows.
CONTENTS ARE DISTRIBUTED
- Yoga Philosophy: 30%
- Asana, alignment, biomechanics, anatomy: 50%
- Pranayama, mantra, meditation, contemplation, mudra, subtle energy practices: 20%
