Always amazed by the potency of the human heart (hrdaya shakti) and its creative power, my mission is to guide students in the path towards their own heart, through yoga and other consciousness practices. My yoga classes and intensives are a place for transformation where I help students to find their limits, with love and awareness, with structured sequences and precise instructions. In them you will find asana, movement, pranayama, mudra, mantra, meditation, subtle energy practices and my passion for Philosophy, Mythology and the therapeutic possibilities of yoga.
México gave me my first contact with the practice of yoga more that 20 years ago, and it has provided lots of magic and numerous awakenings through the years. In the USA, beside graduating with a PhD in Environmental Science, I met some of my most influential teachers (Paul Muller-Ortega, Sianna Sherman, Douglas Brooks, Sally Kempton,..). I had a great opportunity of immersing myself in the study of yoga and make of this practice the essence of my life. In a very long stay in India, I soaked into its colourful culture and spirituality. In 2005, I returned to Spain to do what I love the most: to share the teachings of yoga… and there I am still now.
2016 was a pivotal time in my life and my practice. I had an accident that deeply injured my legs. I consider that event one of my greatest teachers. It helped me deepen in the wisdom of the body in a new way and it open more profoundly other channels of practice that were there but needed more exploration. In 2017, I start my Advanced Studies of Hindu Shaiva Tantra con Paul Muller-Ortega and I was initiated into the Tantric practice of Neelakantha Meditation, one of the most revelatory and transforming practices I have known. In 2019 I met Uma Parvathi Saraswati who initiated me in the practices of Sri Vidja.

I am usually based between Spain and Morocco. At this moment I am living in Estepona (Málaga).
Usually based between Spain and Morocco (nowadays living in Estepona, Málaga), I teach transformational classes, intensives and Teacher Trainings in Spain and internationally, both live and online, through my school Rasa Lila Yoga. My teaching is a combination of more than 20 years of experience and the continual learnings from my own spiritual sadhana.
First Anusara® Yoga Certified Teacher in Spain (2006), Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500®, part of the ASHY (Anusara School of Hatha Yoga). Rasa Yoga Teacher, I have explored other yoga styles such as Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Vinyasa. Acroyoga Certified Teacher. Kaula Hatha Yoga. Yoga Nidra.
My on-line Astrology Coaching sessions are a powerful tool to know yourself better and to connect with your life purpose. As a mentor in Debra Silverman Astrology school, I teach Level 1 Astrology classes
Committed to the Goddess and the awakening of the feminine, I offer Women Circles and I have several online programs in my online school rasa lila yoga online to increase awareness and to create healing bonds of sisterhood.
Founder of yoga surf Morocco, I am love with the ocean and I find great connection and freedom through surfing. I offer retreats that combine these two soul practices.
